Data collected
This site only collects the data you enter yourself, in two places. The contact form: name, email address, organisation (optional), subject and message. The discovery call booking: name, email address and optional notes. This data is used solely to answer your request and set up the call. No other personal data is collected.
Contact form
Form messages are delivered by Brevo (a French company, data hosted in the European Union), then received and stored in a Proton Mail mailbox (Proton AG, Switzerland, a country recognised as providing adequate protection by the European Commission). No data is sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.
Call booking
Booking a call relies on Cal.com (Cal.com, Inc., United States), which processes the information you enter when booking and sends the confirmation emails. The appointment is then added to a Google Calendar (Google Ireland Ltd). If you prefer not to use these services, simply write via the contact form: the appointment will be arranged by email.
Hosting
The site and its database are hosted on a server located in Paris, France, provided by Hostinger (Hostinger International Ltd).
Analytics
Site traffic is measured with Umami, a self-hosted tool running on that same server in Paris. It uses no cookies, does not track visitors across sites and keeps no data that could identify you (IP addresses are not stored). Statistics are anonymous and aggregated. Under the French CNIL guidelines this setup is exempt from consent, which is why this site shows no cookie banner.
Cookies and local storage
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Only strictly functional storage, exempt from consent, is used: your theme preference (light or dark) and language, remembered by your browser, plus the technical cookies Cal.com needs for the booking to work.
Retention period
Messages received are kept for the time needed to handle the request, then for a maximum of 12 months after the last exchange, unless a relationship is ongoing. Traffic statistics, being anonymous, are kept without a time limit.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure and objection over your data. To exercise them: contact@toufikelbouamri.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).
