Training

Train your teams in useful AI, not hype.

I train your teams around their tasks and constraints: writing a request, checking a response and deciding what to entrust to a tool. For healthcare, social care, public services and other organisations.

Tailor-made, never off the shelf

I design and deliver the course around your context. The discovery call helps us choose the tasks to practise, the starting level and the skills to check.

01

Listen

A 30-minute discovery call to understand your context, your teams and what you concretely expect.

02

Design

I build a tailored programme: content, duration, format and practical cases chosen for your real needs.

03

Deliver

Each participant practises with situations from their work, then checks the result and its limits.

04

Embed

A follow-up session after the training: what stuck, what blocks, and how to embed the practices over time.

Prepare a template, then check what is missing

An exercise to distinguish what a tool can suggest from what needs your professional judgement.

The task

You need to prepare meeting minutes. Ask for a structure without sharing the meeting's content.

Suggest a meeting-minutes template with four sections: topics discussed, decisions, actions and points to clarify. Leave each section empty.

What you check

  • Do the sections match your team's work?
  • Is a decision clearly different from a proposal?
  • Can each action be assigned an owner and a deadline?

The intended result: a reviewed and adjusted template that you complete in your own working environment.

Frequently asked questions

None. The training starts from your work and your real tasks, not the technology. Necessary technical notions are explained without jargon.
